Interior Painting
This is most of what we do: repainting rooms in homes that are lived in. One bedroom or the whole main floor.
What a typical room includes
Every proposal lists the surfaces room by room, so you can see what you're paying for rather than reading a single line that says 'paint interior'.
- Walls — two coats over properly prepared surfaces
- Ceilings — flat finish, cut in cleanly at the wall line
- Baseboards, door casing and window casing
- Doors, priced by side
- Crown molding, chair rail and other trim where present
Preparation
Normal prep is part of the price: filling nail holes, light spot sanding, minor caulking, masking, and cleaning surfaces so paint sticks.
Bigger problems — drywall damage, peeling paint, water stains that need blocking, wallpaper adhesive — get quoted as their own line items with photos attached, so nothing turns into a surprise once the furniture is moved.
What we don't do
We're interior-only. We don't currently take on exterior painting, and cabinet refinishing is a different enough job that we quote it separately rather than folding it into a room repaint.
