How we handle your information

What we collect

When you submit an estimate request or a message through this website, we collect the name, email address, phone number and property address you enter, the description of your project, your preferred timing, how you heard about us, and any photos you choose to upload.

We also record basic information about how you arrived at the site — the page you landed on, the referring site, and any campaign parameters in the link — so we understand which of our efforts actually reach people.

How we use it

We use it to respond to your request, prepare an estimate, carry out work you hire us for, and keep a record of your project. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to marketing email because you asked for a quote.

Photos

Photos you upload, and photos we take during a project, are private by default. They are used to understand and document the work.

We only use a photograph publicly — on this website or elsewhere — if you have given permission separately and the specific photo has been individually approved for that use. Approving a painting proposal does not give us that permission.

Payments

Card and bank payments are handled by Stripe. Brown Brush never receives or stores your full card number or bank account number.

Analytics

We use privacy-conscious analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate. We do not run advertising trackers or social media pixels on this site.

How long we keep it

Project records — estimates, proposals, invoices, colors and photos — are business records and are kept so we can service your property in future. You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
