Home & Room Staging
A freshly painted room can still feel unfinished. Staging is the step after the paint dries: arranging what is in the room so it reads well in person and in photographs.
When staging helps
Most often it's a home about to go on the market, where the listing photographs are the first showing. It also suits a room you've just repainted and want to see put back together with some intent, or a spare room that has never quite had a purpose.
What we do
We work with what you already own first, and suggest additions only where a room genuinely needs them.
- Furniture placement and how the room is walked through
- Editing — what to take out so the room reads clearly
- Art, mirrors, lamps and accessories, placed to suit the room
- Rugs, bedding, throws and window treatments
- Suggestions for any pieces worth bringing in, and where each would go
With or without painting
Staging stands on its own — you don't need to have us paint. When we're painting anyway, the color plan and the staging are worked out together so the two agree.
Ready when you are.
